5. Terms of service draft (for heyrowi.com/terms) 1. Acceptance. By creating a HeyRowi account or connecting a LinkedIn page, you agree to these terms and confirm you have the authority to authorize HeyRowi to act on behalf of the connected LinkedIn Company Page. 2. Authorized use. You may only connect LinkedIn pages you are an authorized admin of, or that you have written authorization from the page owner to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish or schedule through HeyRowi. 3. Compliance with LinkedIn policies. Your use of HeyRowi's LinkedIn integration is also governed by LinkedIn's own User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and API Terms of Use. HeyRowi may suspend LinkedIn functionality for your account if LinkedIn changes its API terms or revokes access. 4. Service availability. HeyRowi depends on LinkedIn's API for posting, scheduling, analytics, and comment features. TCS is not liable for service interruptions caused by LinkedIn API outages, rate limits, or policy changes outside our control. 5. Data and content ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create in HeyRowi. TCS does not claim ownership of your posts, images, or client data. 6. Termination. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, TCS will disconnect and revoke access to all LinkedIn pages associated with your account and delete stored access tokens. 7. Limitation of liability.
