What we collect.
When you connect a LinkedIn Company Page to HeyRowi, we collect and store: the page's LinkedIn organization ID, the OAuth access and refresh tokens LinkedIn issues for that connection, the name and admin status of the connecting user, and the content you create or schedule inside HeyRowi (post text, images, links). We also retrieve, but do not permanently store beyond caching for display, engagement data LinkedIn returns through its API: post reach, reactions, and comments.
How we use it.
We use this data solely to perform the actions you direct inside HeyRowi: publishing posts, scheduling posts, displaying analytics, and managing comments on the pages you have connected. We do not use LinkedIn data to train models, build audience profiles for resale, or share it with advertisers.
Storage and security.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each client's connected page and data is logically isolated from every other client's data within HeyRowi's database. Only authorized TCS team members assigned to a client can access that client's connected page inside HeyRowi.
Retention.
We retain connection data and cached analytics for as long as the LinkedIn Company Page remains connected to HeyRowi. If you disconnect a page, we delete the stored access tokens within [set your actual window, e.g. 30 days] and stop retrieving new data immediately.
Third parties.
We do not sell or share LinkedIn data with third parties. [List any sub-processors here: hosting provider, database provider, etc., by name.]
Your rights. You can disconnect any LinkedIn page from HeyRowi at any time, which revokes HeyRowi's access token for that page. Contact tunewebdesign@gmail.com to request deletion of any data associated with your account.
